Just back from seeing Ned Boulting and his 1923 Tour de France show. Had never been in this venue before and - despite going to the KINGS Hall over the road by mistake at first - were very impressed.… Full review by SBCTouristas

I’ve just come away early from the Concert for Ukraine, unfortunately. The pew seating is so atrociously backache inducing for someone of my years and height, that I had to leave and as a result have… Full review by A2109OAstephenk

Hi Danny We are a former church, a listed building and a charity so this means that many of our seats are old pews which are part of the listed building and cannot be removed. As we're a charity we have to raise money for any renovations we do, so we're currently trying to raise money to get new cushions for the pews whilst we look at other options longer-term. Promoters request that we use plastic, not glass, for anyone going into a gig. Where we can we use 'sturdy' plastic which can be washed and reused many times over. Unfortunately some promoters only want us to use 'squishy' plastic which is single use. We're always looking at more eco-friendly ways to do this and do have recycling points around the building. I hope you'll come and try us out sometime soon. Best wishes Emma, Marketing Manager
