I really loved this museum. The reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because I think it would really benefit from more written descriptions of the animals on display. Some have longer desc… Full review by Verovee

While I appreciate the idea behind continuing to display a collection as it was originally presented, this place was not for me. The 'Dead Zoo' honestly felt too dead. Not sure if it was the literal … Full review by Vilhelmina U

H Donna, I'm not sure when you're travelling but it's like any European City do your homework on where you want to go before you travel. There is a bus from the airport "aircoach" it's only 6 euro each (book online)- check the website dublinairport for info on other bus routes. For stuff to do ... there is lots...especially around where you are staying - window shopping is free ;-) and your staying right beside Grafton Street. Museums are free too there are lots around, check out website called dublin for events or dublintown some really good websites showing you some of the events on offer. Only further advice i'd give is bring a light rain mac ...... regardless of the weather it always has a tendency to rain...not unlike Scottish weather - enjoy yourselves on Dublin :-)
