Amazing experience. I learned so much about the desert and the life in it. A must see when in town. Make sure to catch the movie in the theater at the back of the gift shop. Full review by IRSHMN_99

Either one is only about 30 to 45 min. max from the highway to the visitor center in each section Try putting in your map app on a smart phone - Tucson to the Red Hills Visitor Center (West part of the NP). You'll get a good number that is likely in that range.
