Thanks so much for all the helpful info. It sounds like it won't be worth it for me to take my kids there since it would be over an hour drive there from Cave Creek. I have another train question for any locals or experienced Phoenix area friends. I would like to take my kids on a short train ride just for fun but I also would like a western type attraction (like Rawhide used to be but I know it is only open on holidays now). Does anything similar to this exist? It can be touristy or hokey. I just like to do something with a western feel since its my kids first time in Arizona. They are 8, 5, and 7 months. I have read about Mccormick station.
Q:
Is it still open at night ?
A:
Merchants open from: 10AM-5PM Bakery Open: 9AM-5PM Saloon open daily from: 11AM-9PM
