I do not know who designed the Boardwalk/Waterfront but it is spectacular. You can spend a lot of time walking, sitting, eating, shopping or watching events. A lovely place to go on vacation. Full review by JDPalm25

Halifax’s waterfront has been beautifully restored. There are public art installations, great restaurants, museums and public spaces where you can just chill and watch the sailboats in the harbor. Full review by TGMerrill
