Had some time to kill in Round Rock so we did the easy hike from Memorial park along the stream to see THE Round Rock. Lots of kids swimming, what a nice spot. Full review by William L

Perhaps my favorite part of this park was that for each branch of the US Armed Forces, the playground matched! So there was an Air Force cutout where you could put your face for a photo, and a plane… Full review by sally8363

I stopped by Memorial Park on my lunch hour today. There is an abundance of shade trees but no covered picnic tables. But if it rained you can follow Brushy Creek just a little west and be under I-35. There are benches there under the road, and on those hot Texas days it is much cooler along the stream under the road (like going into a cave). It is a nice park with tables and grills and a nice playground by the river.
