I think that you can walk to the steps of the church via a harder route or an easier route. Might be worth walking the easier route with your dog. Have a look at all the photos posted and images to gauge whether your dog could climb the steps on its own or whether you would need to carry it. I hope this helps.

Fine to do alone. Book coach / entrance ticket combi. Don’t drive, parking very limited.
