We really enjoyed this tour, we booked it with the digital guide that we ended up not using. So don't bother yourself with it. Otherwise great tour that opened my eyes on how amazing a job it is that… Full review by Amelie T
Our tour time isn’t until 6.30pm, I’m hoping that we will be able to get a butterbeer and look in the gift shop at this time?

There is a food hall prior to the tour but no butter beer until you’re done with the first half of the tour. Can you get in earlier? 6:30 will barely give you enough time.
I have been here quite a few times already but we’re visiting again in December. I can’t remember if it’s one way only or if you can go back and forth? For example if we were to go straight to the food area near the outside section are we then able to start at the beginning?

Yes I think so but there is a better more varied food court before you go in or after you come out, go towards chocolate frog cafe turn right, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even afternoon tea
