A New Jersey man, who worked as a costumed character at Six Flags Great Adventure, Sesame Place and other Philadelphia-area attractions, has been charged with sharing -- and directing the creation of -- sexually-explicit materials with a preteen girl.

Cherokee police say 78-year-old Bevier Hasbrouck Sleight worked for years at Santa’s Land Fun Park and Zoo. Warrants show he was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with 13 counts of child abuse. Charges include aggravated sexual abuse, offensive touching, and contributing to the delinquency, undisciplined, neglect or abuse of minors.
