Journalist Connie Chung, the first Asian-American and second woman to co-anchor a major network’s national news broadcast, told The View on Wednesday that the Supreme Court‘s 2023 ruling to reverse affirmative action was heartbreaking.

So when some colleges released data this month showing a decrease in black and Hispanic enrolment, many were quick to blame the Supreme Court. Harvard University, Amherst College and the University of Virginia reported decreases in black enrolment from last year.
