Michigan State basketball landed a third offseason transfer with the commitment of former Miami (Florida) point guard Divine Ugochukwu.

Miami has been hard at work rebuilding a brand new roster under first year head coach Jai Lucas, which includes transfer additions Tre Donaldson (Michigan), Malik Reneau (Indiana), Tru Washington (New Mexico), Ernest Udeh (TCU), Marcus Allen (Missouri) and Jordyn Kee (Georgia).

Miami (FL) transfer Divine Ugochukwu announced his commitment to Michigan State on Sunday afternoon. He had recently visited Michigan State and had long been connected with the Spartans so the commitment on Sunday should have came as no surprise. The Spartans beat out reported finalists Texas Tech and USC for Ugochukwu's commitment.
