Emaar is considering plans for a new “super tower” in Dubai that would eclipse all other planned developments in height, and likely become the world’s second-tallest building.

According to reports in Arabian Business, Emaar wants to build a huge tower tall enough to rival the Burj Khalifa. The tower will be the world’s second tallest building when built and overtake existing planned projects such as the Burj Azizi in claiming that title.

Designed to combine cutting-edge technologies with sustainable practices, the new ‘Emaar Super Tower’ is set to outshine Burj Khalifa in Dubai in both height and technology, and become the second-tallest building in the world.
