Novak Djokovic has confirmed his coaching partnership with Andy Murray has come to an end, two weeks before the start of the French Open. The 24-time Grand Slam champion announced at the end of last year that Murray would be joining his team in a shock move, and they worked together for the first time in Australia at the start of the season.

Despite reaching the Australian Open semi-finals in January, Murray confirmed that he had left his role as Djokovic’s coach. Analysts believe that Djokovic’s struggles for form this season likely contributed to the split. The decision comes just 12 days before the French Open, which starts on May 25.
