Judge Steven Hippler ruled Wednesday that Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students, can face the death penalty.

Bryan Kohberger, who was charged with four counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Kaylee Gonclaves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle, may face the death penalty if found guilty.
