New York City is forecast to experience a burst of snow this week following some wet weather brought on by an Alberta Clipper storm. A clipper storm, as defined by the National Weather Service, is a fast-moving storm that drops into the U.

A crash shut down both directions of I-94 near Hartford Monday afternoon as lake-effect snow buffeted Southwest Michigan.

Interstate 94 in Michigan was shut down between Hartford and Watervliet after Michigan State Police said more than a dozen vehicles were involved in a pileup crash, and 15 other vehicles slid off the road in the same area.
