Alec Baldwin's legal future is uncertain as prosecutors attempt to revive the legal case in the death of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Kari Morrissey, after failing to convince a judge to reconsider her ruling, will take the case to the state Court of Appeals.
