A new level of competition has the Hurricanes on their toes as they travel to take on the Bulldogs in the first game of the Charleston Classic.

The Bulldogs beat Miami, 80-69, on Thursday in the Charleston Classic opener. That was Drake's first victory against an ACC opponent since topping Wake Forest 77-74 in its second game of the 2017-18 season. Drake will play the winner of Seton Hall/Vanderbilt in the tournament championship game at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
