Yet another classic and beloved game for the NES is set to expand the Nintendo Switch Online content catalog in mid-December 2024.

Perhaps the most significant Nintendo game that’s never previously been rereleased is finally coming to the Switch. The 1989 NES version of Tetris will be added to Nintendo Switch Online’s NES collection on Dec. 12.

Now, in a new update, it's been confirmed this classic will be returning next week on 12th December 2024. This game will be available to all Switch Online subscribers. Here's the official Nintendo announcement (via social media):
