While Twilight of the Gods overindulges in the depravity and gruesomeness of its ultra-violent Norse setting, it manages to eke out a worthwhile tale of revenge despite itself.

There's action, there's blood, there's adventure, there's even sex. "To have this action fantasy is something that we take very seriously," Deborah Snyder says.
