HUNTSVILLE, Ala. ( WAFF) - A preliminary hearing has been set for the man accused of shooting and killing a man in a Huntsville Twin Peaks on Nov. 9, according to court documents obtained by WAFF. Jeremiah Matkins is accused of killing Ray’shun Markelle Bates, 23, of Decatur.
