Traffic citations issued to Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill after a September altercation with police have been dismissed after the charging officers didn’t attend a court hearing.

Hill was issued the traffic citations shortly before the Dolphins’ season opener in an incident that made national headlines after body-cam footage was released.

Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins was cited for careless driving and failure to wear a seat belt in September. The citations were dismissed after the officers involved did not appear in court.
