The ZR1 skipped the C5 but showed up again, sans hyphen, in the 2009 C6 Corvette. Now fielding a supercharged 638-hp LS9 (604 lb-ft of torque) engine, it was the first factory Corvette to top 200 mph!

The C6.R is based on the ZR1, but comes in with about 500 horsepower to push its 2,745-pound weight and uses a sequential transmission and slicks. The ZR1 works with 638 horses but has 3,345 ...

With regular service records, a clean CarFax, and $10,000 worth of upgrades, it's a tempting example to say the least.
