Dwayne Johnson invited and met with the Apalachee High School football team while filming an undisclosed project in Atlanta, weeks after the tragic mass shooting at the Winder-based high school on Sept.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson helped put smiles on the faces of some students from Apalachee High School, where earlier this month a gunman killed four people and injured nine others.

The high school’s football team got to meet Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at a production soundstage in Atlanta, the star announced on Instagram.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is doing his part to help a Georgia high school heal from tragedy. He recently surprised the Apalachee High School football team. Earlier this month four people died in a school shooting on the campus.
