Across the U.S. major storms are dumping snow and rain, with another system expected to arrive for Thanksgiving.

A major storm dropped more snow and record rain in California, causing small landslides and flooding some streets, while on the opposite side of the country blizzard or winter storm warnings were in effect Saturday for areas spanning from the Northeast to central Appalachia.

Forecasters in the U.S. have warned of another round of winter weather that could complicate travel leading up to Thanksgiving

Forecasters said the Midwest and Great Lakes regions will see rain and snow Monday, and the East Coast will be the most impacted on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
