A blast of arctic air over the eastern U.S. will bring wintry weather to parts of Florida through the weekend into next week, forecasters said.

The coldest temperatures of the season will arrive late this weekend and into early next week, especially across North Florida.

Last week’s cold front was just a glimpse of what's to come for Floridians over Thanksgiving weekend as a blast of cold air will hit the northeast.

While it could get cold enough to paralyze iguanas, causing them to fall from trees, there currently is no chance for snow.
