Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Jake Paul will probably never fight, but that doesn’t mean they can’t continue to verbally jab at each other. The rivals have a long history dating back to when Paul’s brother Logan Paul met in an exhibition boxing bout in June 2021.

Jake Paul was enraged at five-weight world champion Floyd Mayweather after the retired boxer was quoted saying Paul would be far too easy as an opponent. Recently interviewed as a guest on the Jimmy Fallon Tonight Show,

“Me and Logan [Paul], we done an exhibition and that’s why he moved to WWE because he wanted to hold me the whole night,” Mayweather joked about the 2021 bout, which had no judges or official winner. “I think WWE is good for Logan.”
