After living with the Meta Quest 2 for nearly a year, here are our thoughts on why it’s still the virtual reality headset most people should buy.

Oculus has announced the $299 Quest 2, a lighter and higher-resolution successor to its standalone virtual reality headset. The Quest 2 will replace the original Quest and the Oculus Rift S.

Currently, the Quest 2 comes with two models; its version with 128GB of storage will set you back $399.99 / £399.99 / AU$629.99, while its 256GB version will cost you $429.99 / £429.99 / AU$719.99.
