Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War has been inspired by the iconic movie Sangam from the 60s and is also expected to be a love triangle with Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Alia Bhatt playing the lead.

Love & War marks Ranbir's reunion with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 17 years. The actor had marked his Bollywood debut with the director's Saawariyaa, which had tanked at the box office. It will also be the second time that Alia will collaborate with Bhansali, their first film together being the blockbuster, Gangubai Kathiawadi.
