An Indianapolis officer with seven years at the city's police department has been arrested after a report of domestic violence.

An officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was recently arrested after he reportedly battered and restrained an individual. On Tuesday, the Whiteland Police Department took IMPD Officer Herman Means into custody on preliminary charges of domestic battery and strangulation.
