The New Orleans Fire Department was on the scene of a 3-alarm fire in the French Quarter Tuesday morning, Nov. 19.

Staff members at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel say they saw smoke coming from the roof of the Local 718 bar and restaurant across the street around 2:30 a.
