Roughly 2,600 PPL customers were without power as of 11 a.m., with the highest concentrations in Cumberland and Lancaster counties, according to outage maps.

Gusty winds toppled trees and downed power line. As of around 10:30 a.m., there were 4,661 customers of PPL, First Energy and Claverack without power. Around half of those outages, 2,296, were reported in Wayne County.
