ITA Airways joins Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines as part of the Lufthansa Group's network.

German aviation company Lufthansa Group has acquired a 41% stake in ITA Airways. Lufthansa Group can opt to acquire the remaining shares.
