It's almost time for a new season of "Survivor" and we recently got a look at the 18 castaways who will compete in the show's 48th edition. One of them is Thomas Krottinger, who's from The Woodlands.

The 29-year-old feels his day-to-day won't get him lost in the sauce, having once even made a pizza using only flint.

"Survivor" 48 will feature 18 new castaways competing to outwit, outplay and outlast each other, including a Tampa Bay-area contestant we can root for each week. Per usual, players will compete in three tribes of six as they test their physical abilities, social skills and mental stamina on the beautiful islands of Fiji.
