It appears as though the Blueshirts are turning to their AHL affiliate’s leading scorer to provide a shock to the system.

Berard was recalled from AHL Hartford on Sunday. Berard has seven goals and 13 points in 16 minor-league appearances this season. He could make his NHL debut in Monday's game against St. Louis.
