A Volusia County woman is sitting in a jail cell after deputies rescued three neglected horses that were in her care.
She started Equine Advocates with $3,000 and a mission to make a positive impact on horses. Her nonprofit turns 29 this year.
Authorities posted a video of the arson suspect. Twelve other horses were rescued from Thursday's blaze on Eastwick Avenue.
