Two bills in Florida Legislature seek to overturn the mockingbird's nearly 100-year reign as the state bird in favor of a flamingo.

The Tennessee Valley Authority is temporarily closing the boat ramp at Fleet Harbor near Wilson Dam beginning at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
