Williamson County has filed a lawsuit against a Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) based in a South Texas county, over what it alleges are violations of the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act.

According to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, the extradition hearing in Williamson County, Texas, has been set for May 14. The county plans to have a prosecutor on hand at the hearing.
