Acer's Nitro and Predator gaming lineups are getting new hardware this year, with the company showing off two new Nitro V laptops and one new Predator Orion 7000 pre-built desktop PC at IFA 2024.

The Acer Nitro V 14 (ANV14-61) includes up to a Ryzen 7 8845, but also just an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050, normally associated with creator-class notebooks and entry-level gaming.

The Nitro V 16 configurations max out with an Intel Core i7-14650HX CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU, 32GB of memory and a 2TB SSD. The previous model bore an AMD processor.
