CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Cubs will decide on the next step for Shota Imanaga after he makes a rehab start for Triple-A Iowa on Friday. Imanaga is coming back from a left hamstring strain.

Per Andy Martinez of Marquee Sports Network, the Cubs optioned pitchers Jordan Wicks and Eli Morgan to Triple-A Iowa. Wicks was battling for the final starting spot in the rotation.

Cubs pitchers have a collective 3.56 ERA, which ranks third in the NL. Milwaukee has a 39-35 record overall and a 16-20 record in road games.
