This is not only the lowest price ever for this model, but it’s also half the price of the least expensive MacBook Pro which starts at $1,699

Previous rumors have all contended that the MacBook Pro and Air with M5 chip would arrive later this year, but Apple may have changed its mind.

Apple has come a significant distance in reducing the MacBook Air’s price, and Amazon is pushing the value even harder on Prime Day.

The Apple MacBook Pro (M4 Pro, 2024) is now available for $2,249 (previously $2,499) from Amazon, thanks to a 10% discount ahead of Prime Day. The same model is also available for £2,199.97 (previously £2,499) at Amazon in the UK.
