BTN’s Dave Revsine reported Friday that Underwood took a “vast majority” of the first-team snaps at quarterback, leaving him and his colleagues to believe that he’s in line to get the start next Saturday. Veteran Mikey Keene, brought in to push Underwood for the starting job, remains “limited,” Revsine said.

One thing is for sure, Michigan freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood does not lack for confidence. The former five-star and No. 1 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle is expected to win the starting job for the Wolverines in his first year.
