The father of a 9-year-old boy who was shot and killed outside of his grandfather's house in Compton on Saturday evening has been arrested, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department announced Monday.

Family members are left devastated after 9-year-old Princeton Nicholas Jones was shot and killed in front of his grandfather's Compton home. The suspect has been identified as his biological father, 32-year-old Nicholas Jones.
