Nearly 100,000 Arizona voters potentially receive wrong ballots, officials disagree on how to address
The Maricopa County Recorder's Office found about 98,000 registrations that were grandfathered in from prior to the 1996 DPOC law. The glitch came from the motor vehicle department side. These voters have been receiving a full ballot for decades when they should have been receiving Federal only.
