In a wild rivalry week that featured plenty of upsets, highlighted of course by No. 2 Ohio State's home debacle against unranked Michigan, there has been plenty of shakeup to Sports Illustrated's College Football Playoff ranking projection.

After a chaotic end to the regular season in college football, the matchups are set for championship week in the Power Four and Group of Five conferences.

No one knows exactly what the College Football Playoff selection committee will do in the first year of the 12-team playoff, but SEC commissioner Greg Sankey stumped for his conference before the Texas-Texas A&M showdown Saturday night at Kyle Field.
