Harvey Weinstein pleaded not guilty to one count of criminal sexual act in the first degree Wednesday after Manhattan prosecutors arraigned the former mogul on the new charge. A criminal sexual act in the first degree is a class B felony and involves "engaging in oral or anal sex with another person by forcible compulsion.

The disgraced Hollywood producer’s 2020 sex-crime conviction was thrown out, but he will be retried on those charges as well.
