The Manning family's NFL legacy is deep and rich, from patriarch Archie Manning playing 12 years for the New Orleans to his sons, Peyton and Eli, combining to collect five league MVP awards, three Super Bowl MVP nods and four Super Bowl rings.

Going into the draft, Peyton wanted to play for the Colts because of their proximity to Knoxville and the fact that the franchise had a promising young receiver by the name of Marvin Harrison. So, in hopes of not getting shocked on TV in New York City again, Manning gave the Colts an ultimatum and a warning.

According to ESPN, a few NFL executives believe there's a small chance Texas Longhorns QB Arch Manning could consider declaring for the 2026 draft.
