Anthony Mackie gave fans a teaser of what to expect from “Captain America: Brave New World!” The actor appeared at the Disney Content Showcase APAC 2024 held in Singapore. In a video taken by GMA Integrated News' Lyn Ching, the new Captain America said, “In this movie, we reveal a new suit.”

Towards the end of the film, the original Captain America Steve Rogers (played by Evans) passed his shield to Sam Wilson or Falcon (played by Mackie). This momentous event made Wilson the successor of Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Anthony Mackie has said the incoming Captain America: Brave New World will be a grounded, espionage adventure akin to the original Captain Americas, rather than the wilder sci-fi or fantasy films Marvel has more recently released.
