Former NFL star Drew Brees' pickleball company will soon open in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Picklr, based in Utah, will take over the 26,532-square-foot space, according to plans filed by the company in early December. The facility will be at 124 N 35th St. in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Theo Chocolate closed the factory in 2023, according to multiple reports.
