30-year-old Richard Fluegel Jr. of Rochester is now facing murder, weapon, and evidence tampering charges in the death of his father, 60-year-old Richard Fluegel Sr. of Irondequoit. Fluegel Jr. was arraigned and pleaded not guilty in Livingston County CAP Court Tuesday evening.
