Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) said Wednesday she is filing a resolution to expel Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-N.J.) from Congress after the Justice Department charged her with allegedly assaulting law enforcement.

Democrats say Alina Habba's charges against the member of Congress are politically motivated but the GOP candidates for governor support them.

You can see McIver do some shoving and elbowing, though nothing in the video shows anything approaching a “body slam” that a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson initially claimed, and nothing she did appeared to seriously risk injuring any able-bodied person.
